Money Back Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. You will be provided with instructions on how to return your item. Please include your order number and reason for return in your correspondence.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
